We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us at this year’s 196+ spotlight serviced living, which took place on 12 June 2023 at The Social Hub, Vienna. We shared precious moments and witnessed so many industry experts, leaders and professionals come together to share their knowledge and give insights on living trends, investment topics, technological advancements as well as new brands and concepts. We heard from Andrew Harrington, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, AHV Associates and Chris Graham, Managing Director, Graham Associates and many more. It was truly inspiring to see the exchange of knowledge and the enthusiasm for shaping the future of the industry. The participants actively joined us in various panel discussions and gained new insights in the serviced living sector. The three workshops about Tech-Solutions for a Smart Living with Pepper The Service Robot, Weboffice, Florian Färber, Founder & CEO of The Base and Amadeus Linzer, Founder of VitaBlick provided us with the latest innovations in technology and showed us how they can be used to improve the world of hospitality.
Connect and stay in touch
It wouldn’t be a 196+ event without the right networking opportunities. During the day the Red Bar was the spot to meet and chat. After the conference we enjoyed some delicious drinks and snacks with a breath-taking view over Vienna at Das LOFT at So/ Vienna. Guests were able to network with speakers, moderators and likeminded souls and talk about the conference’s highlights.
